| A、Definition of lubricating grease: |

            | Lubricating grease is a kind of solid or semifluid product that is made by diverting thickener to liquid lubricant, as well as by adding some additives to improve its properties.

            | B、Component: |

            | Base Oil 70%~96%
          Thickener 4%~30%          Additives 0.1%-10%

            | C、Using properties: |

            |

    | Advantages:1、	Strong carrying capacity 2、	Wide range of working temperature
 3、	Small creep coefficient
 4、	Long service life
 5、	Good sealing property
6、	Well resistant to rust and corrosion

 | | Disadvantages:1、	Bad functions of the cooling and ventilation for high viscosity 2、	It is more trouble to add and exchange lubricating grease than that of lubricating oil.
3、	It is not easy to clean water and impurities.
 4、	Large starting torque

            | E、Quality index |

            | 1.Appearance Observe the color, transparence, adhesivity, homogeneity and fiber quality of lubricating grease.
 2.Dropping point
Observe the temperature when the first dropping from grease cup in the condition of heating.
 3.Penetration
It is use to express the index and thickness, softness and hardness of lubricating grease. Observe the depth when standard cone falls freely into grease in five second in 25℃. The unit is 0.1mm.
 4.Dissociative acid and alkali
It is content of organic acid or superfluous alkali that is not saponified.
 5.Water contetnt
It is the content of configurable water and dissociative water.
 6.Mechanical impurities
It is undissolved substance in lubricating grease like sand particles, metal particles and so on.
 7.Colloid stability
It is the capacity that prevents base oil from being separated from greasing oil.
 8.Mechanical stability
It is the capacity of being resistant to mechanical cutting.
 9.Oxidation stability
It is the capacity of being resistant to air oxidation
 10.Corrosion test
It is used to test whether it is rust to metal.
 11.Rust protection
It is the capacity that prevents metal from being rust.
 12.Water resistance
It is the capacity that there is no dissolution, no emulsification in water, and there is no obvious change while contacting with water.
 13.Evaporating property
It is to express the change of properties for the evaporation of base oil during the storing and using.
 14.Rubber compatibility
It is the capacity of no obvious change in size, quality, hardness and tensile strength while contacting with rubber.
 15.Apparent viscocity
It is the property of preventing mutual mobility caused by internal friction.
 16.Wear resistance
It is to express its carrying capacity, friction coefficient, wear resistance and sintering load.
 17.Torque in low temperature
It is the capacity of retarding low-speed rolling bearings in low temperature.
 18.Service life
It is used to forecast the service life of lubricating grease.
